Categories/Roles:

GREG
35-45 / Male / Caucasian
Greg joined the unnamed e-commerce company five years ago, and is one of the few people on the fulfillment center floor that can handle all of the entry level jobs. He’s a hard worker, but recently has not been performing up to his usual standards. Greg is married with two kids and has lived in this town his whole life. He can be prideful and territorial of whatever station he may be working, but his day’s work is usually top notch. With five years on the job, Greg likely should have been promoted, but his inability to work seamlessly with others has kept him out of the conversation for a management role -- something that Greg has a chip on his shoulder about because he thinks he works harder than anyone, including some management. Role Pays: $2,500 for (1) One Shoot day, (1) One on hour long Table Read via Zoom (Time - TBD) and (2) Two 90 minute long rehearsals via Zoom (Time - TBD)
The scene plays out like a documentary, with the interviewer asking questions from off camera. GREG delivers lines directly into the camera.

MARCUS
25-35 / Male / All Ethnicities
Marcus has been with the company for about a year, having recently moved to town for the job. Marcus is well-liked among his team, always laughing and bringing a positive energy to the shift. Marcus is the guy on the team that shows up with donuts for someone’s birthday; part of it is that he’s the new guy and wants to be liked, but part of it is that’s just who he is. But he has a young child who has been sick and his wife also has a full time job, and consistent child care has been challenging. When Marcus is pulled in by his supervisor to discuss a performance issue, it will come as a surprise to him since he’s been working so hard to be liked. Role Pays: $2,500 for (1) One Shoot day, (1) One on hour long Table Read via Zoom (Time - TBD) and (2) Two 90 minute long rehearsals via Zoom (Time - TBD)
