Categories/Roles:

TONY CANZA
25-35 / Male / Caucasian
Tony Conza is an ideas guy, a hype man, and is the quintessential entrepreneur. A Wall Street clerk, he's learned by watching finance sharks. He knows how to pair charisma with determination in order to make a profit. But his wild ideas and overconfidence can sometimes rub his friends and partners the wrong way. As the speaking face of the Blimpie brand, he takes on the task of turning the restaurant into a national franchise.

PETE DECARLO
25-35 / Male / Caucasian
A high school friend of Conza's and a salesman of pots and pans, Peter DeCarlo couldn’t be more different than his showhorse of a friend. An organizer of church dances, he’s conservative and prefers to keep things manageable rather than take a big risk. But while he’s not as noisy as his partner Conza, DeCarlo has his own vision for what success means and how to get it. He usually won’t jump on idea, but if it’s good he will end up coming around to it.

ANTONIO BALDASARRE
25-35 / Male / Caucasian
Antonio Baldasarre works at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York, and has by far the most financial experience of the three Blimpie’s partners. He’s sick of working for a big government institution and wants to get rich on his own terms. His deep well of business and financial knowledge can sometimes put him at odds with his partners, however, and he begins to find their decisions wild and hard to justify and finds that he needs to look out for himself.

FORREST RAFFEL
30-40 / Male / Caucasian
Forrest is practical yet creative. He uses his experience to see the latest trends and improve them for his own success. He’s always dreaming up plans, and has ambitious hopes for the future that all depend on marketing a sandwich traditionally made out of leftovers to the American consumer.

LEEROY RAFFEL
25-35 / Male / Caucasian
Lee, Forrest’s younger brother, has an education in Finance and is more grounded but not afraid of risk. He’s motivated - even if it means burning professional bridges. When he has a plan, puts it all on the line to make sure that plan succeeds and doesn’t give himself a way out, only a way forward.

O.D. MCKEE
25-35 / Male / Caucasian
The Depression has hit many families very hard, including O.D. McKee’s. After losing his savings in a bank failure, he’s been working odd jobs to pay debts and feed his growing family. Though he’s dyslexic, O.D. is ambitious, a born salesman, and an aspiring entrepreneur who dreams of running a successful company so he doesn’t have to work for anyone else. He’s been a custodial manager, a book salesman, a farmer, and even sold used cars. His current hustle is selling snack cakes and cookies from the back of his truck.

JOHN BROWN
20-30 / Male / Caucasian
A salesman and entrepreneur who has a knack for making money. A bit of a hustler, Brown also has an eye for maximizing profits. Charismatic and even a little forceful, will say or do what he needs to get ahead. He’s not afraid to step on the toes of anyone who is in the way of his success.

CHEF HECTOR BOIARDI
20-30 / Male / Caucasian
The founder of CHEF BOYARDEE. A perfectionist, as most successful chefs are. He’s established himself working in hotel kitchens in Cleveland and NYC, even for President Woodrow Wilson’s second inauguration. He’s an Italian immigrant, but the fine dining he’s been cooking has all been French. He risks his career to cook something more personal. He sees opportunities for success, first in feeding immigrants the food they enjoyed back in Italy, then in expanding to an American audience at a time of discrimination against Italians and when Americans had a bland meat/potatoes palate

ALAN STILLMAN
20-30 / Male / Caucasian
A 28-year-old bachelor who just wants to find a way to meet more women in 1960s NYC. He stumbles his way to bar culture infamy and financial success. His outgoing and eager, with as much luck as ingenuity he rides the wave of free love and female empowerment of 1960s culture to create the casual dining industry worth almost $100 billion.
