ML McCarthy is a casting director and one of the founders of urban productions casting who successfully redefined what beauty is by finding fresh new talent and "real people" from the street and cast them in international print campaigns. Her clients include dove, Verizon, Lenscrafters, Diet Pepsi Max, and Kelloggs.
Before becoming a casting director she was a leading model agent at some of the most prestigious agencies in NYC. ML has been one of the leading casting directors on the east coast since 1997.
 
Lisa-Masters Brooks currently works full-time as a model, actor, and teacher in New York City. As a model for over 24 years, she has worked under contracts with Ford and Wilhelmina Models, modeled internationally, and has appeared in hundreds of commercial print ads and over 50 TV commercials. Some of her commercial clients include Miralax, Cialis, Olive Garden, Pearl Vision, Maybelline, and Verizon, and as an actor she has co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Glenn Close in The Stepford Wives as well as guest-starred in TV shows such as Royal Pains, Ugly Betty, Law and Order:CI, and Gossip Girl. Lisa has also appeared on The View, Good Morning America, and Regis and Kelly Live.

Shawn Ehlers: Her career as a model and now as a lifestyle photographer has given her the opportunity to pursue her greatest passion which is teaching new talent. As a professional photographer working with aspiring models, Shawn understands the importance of moving well in front of the camera which sparked her to produce the DVD "Model Moves". This instructional DVD shows models how to move confidently in front of the camera and includes tips and information that only a professional model would know. It's Shawn's passion to teach aspiring models about the modeling industry, to instill self-confidence, self-esteem and to make sure they are getting the correct information in order to become successful.
